MENA Youth Anti-Corruption Forum to Discuss Role of ICT in Ensuring Social Accountability

MENA Action Learning - Voices Against Corruption Forum, organized by the Global Youth Anti-Corruption Network (GYAC) and the Lebanese Transparency Association (LTA), takes place in Broummana, near Beirut, Lebanon, from April 26 to 27, 2012. This Forum aims to bring together young civil society organization (CSO) representatives, journalists, and information and communication technology (ICT) experts from around the world and the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region to build on and provide global support for the social accountability and anti-corruption work being done on the ground.

This Forum is an opportunity for members of the global and regional civil society to share knowledge, collaborate creatively, and develop tools and approaches to create effective and empowered citizen participation, building the capacity of young activists from the MENA region to take the lead in mobilizing people for change.
